Dr. Zeinab Zohny brings over 12 years of teaching experience in electrical engineering and mathematics, having served at Cairo University, the German University of Technology in Muscat, and Muscat University. Her academic repertoire includes courses in communications, signals, information theory, business analytics, research skills, and quantitative methods for supply chain management. Dr. Zohny earned her Ph.D. in advanced signal processing from Loughborough University, UK, in 2016, focusing on enhancing speech signal separation in reverberant environments using machine learning statistical models.

The project aligned with Oman Vision 2040, promoting inclusive education, competitive private sector growth, and SME integration. Dr. Zohny’s research in time series forecasting underlines her expertise in applying advanced machine learning techniques to real-world problems. Inspired by the capabilities of neural networks, Dr. Zohny founded ZeNN in Oman and FoodQast in the UAE, to leverage machine learning advancements for creating educational, economic, environmental, and social value.
